Getting Started

Registration

• You provide your basic details to create an account.
• While creating your account complete the required information including all the mandatory fields.
• While creating your account specify the e-mail you will be using to receive and send messages. You can always change the e-mail address later on.
• Once you have created an account, we will verify your email and phone number. By providing your email address and phone number you are agreeing for our administration team to verify your phone number and email address.  Verifying helps to get timely and accurate responses and also builds trust and adds authenticity to the profile.
• Once verified, you will be sent a link to your email address.
• Activate the link by clicking on it.
• Then complete the registration process.
• At the end of the registration process, you will be asked to make the payment.  You have a choice to becoming a BASIC or ADVANCE member of the findtheloveofyourlife.com.au.
• Once payment is made. The registration process is complete. You can login and search for matching profiles.
• Ensure all the fields are filled in and photos attached (size : less than 2 mb.) for the registration process to complete.

Membership

• Membership is not automatic. On completion of the registration process you will be asked to choose the type of membership (Basic or Advance).
• Once payment is made you will be able to access the database.
• Access to the profile database may take up to 7 working days from the date of payment.
• Length of the membership is limited to the period specified in the membership package.
• Please refer to the terms and conditions and privacy policy before becoming a member.
• findtheloveofyourlife.com.au can terminate their services to you or you can terminate your membership prior to expiry date. Membership Fees paid is not refundable or disputable.
