Payment Options

Your Account: If you use or register in this site, you are responsible for maintaining the
Confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You also hereby expressly agree that the information provided by you is available to the other users of M and M Matrimonial Services also and that M and M Matrimonial Services neither has any control nor any responsibility or accountability if information is misused, exploited or abused by any third party. M and M Matrimonial Services reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel subscription at their sole discretion.

Membership is not automatic: The right of admission rests with M and M Matrimonial Services . You become a member upon due acceptance of the Profile/Payment by M and M Matrimonial Services.

Length of Membership: You have life time access to view profiles.  However,once you are a paying member the Length of membership depends on your subscription package.  Please refer to the terms and conditions before you subscribe.You continue to be a member of M and M Matrimonial Services till:

M and M Matrimonial Services discharge its obligations or services at any point in time; or you can terminate the membership arrangement before the expiry date of the membership.

Paid Memberships: Your membership is valid for 180days from the time of payment.

Payment and Options: You will have access to extra information such as contact details of other members only if you subscribe to a paid membership.  Paid membership is available as a one off payment of AU$200 for 180 days.  Payment can be made securely using PayPal facilities or credit card facility. You will receive an email notifying your membership and confirming payment.

Expiry of Membership – Once your membership – expires; you will not be able to access your personalized messages sent, and mobile numbers viewed by you. We will not provide any support or services on expiry of the membership. Should you wish to continue your access you will need to renew your membership.

Privacy of Membership:

Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed to be used by any other person/entity, without the written consent of M and M Matrimonial Services

Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. M and M Matrimonial Services does not provide guarantee for or assurance of or subscribe to the claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of status, age, income of other members. M and M Matrimonial Services also does not vouch for the contents of the Voice Messages exchanged between members.

M and M Matrimonial Services reserves the right but is not obligated, to place Matrimonial Classifieds derived from your M and M Matrimonial Services profile in newspapers, television or any other media at the sole discretion of M and M Matrimonial Services Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any response to these matrimonial advertisements. M and M Matrimonial Services does not provide guarantee for or assurance of or subscribe to the claims and representations made by respondents regarding any particulars including but not limited to status, age, income.

Auto Renewal - Members who have not logged in to their M and M Matrimonial Services account in the last 7 days before the expiry of their membership, will be notified a week in advance, prior to auto renewal. On the day of auto-renewal, an e-mail notification will be sent to the members about the auto renewal. This mail will also have an option to cease or stop the auto renewal process. The membership will automatically be renewed by charging the membership fee to the credit cardthat was used to make the initial payment.

All efforts are made to keep the renewal process secure and confidential. M and M Matrimonial Services is not liable, If however, there is a breach of privacy or fraudulent activity due to reasons out of M and M Matrimonial Services’ control.
